Keri Hilson was among the stars on hand at the Belve Music Lounge during the Essence Music Festival on Saturday (July 3) in New Orleans, Louisiana. All of the celebs relaxed at the lounge inside the Louisiana Superdome side stage, waiting to see performances by Alicia Keys, Gladys Knight, and Hilson. The official cocktail of the Essence Music Festival was the Belve Peach Essence, which celebs were treated to all night.

Alicia Keys Is Pregnant, Engaged To Swizz Beatz
Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz announced their are expecting their first child together, and the couple are also engaged. People.com reports the R&B singer and the music producer are “very happy”, according to a friend. Their reps say Alicia and Swizz Beatz are set to tie the knot “in a private ceremony later this year.”

Chris Brown Deletes MechanicalDummy Twitter Account After Blasting Retailers
Chris Brown checked in with his Twitter followers, angry with retailers for refusing to stock his new album ‘Graffiti’, eventually deleting the “MechanicalDummy” account (which was a verified Twitter account) when media outlets began reporting on his tirade. Brown writes:
I’m tired of this sh**. Major stores are blackballing my CD. Not stockin the shelves and lying to customers. What the fu** do I gotta do…

We talked to the managers and the didn’t even know anything. Wow!!! But they had Alicia Keys album ready for release for this Tuesday comin.
The manager told me that when there are new releases it’s mandatory to put em on the shelves.. BUT NO SIGN OF #GRAFFITI. BS
No disprespect to Alicia at all.. Just givin an example to who’s album is loaded and ready to go next week

We are surprised at the comments online. All Walmart stores nationwide have carried the CD since its release, including the Wallingford, [Conn.], store mentioned in the post. This store actually sold through its initial shipment over the weekend. The majority of our stores today are showing they do have copies available.

The Grammy-Award winning singer is in London this weekend to perform on ‘The X Factor’ results show. Alicia said of her collection, “My favorite part of them is not only were they invidivual. One of a kind. Something that you would really cherish and hold, but the words on them affected me so personally, they uplifted me. Made me feel good. Made me want to hold it and wear it.
