Former Mis-Teeq star Alesha Dixon answered questions from fans at RWD magazine, including if there’s a track on her debut solo album we should look out for. “‘Fired Up’, which is the title track and a Johnny Douglas production,” Dixon responded. “It pays homage to the old skool days like James Brown; it’s got that funk vibe, live instrumentation and when I perform that with a band, it sounds heavy. It’s very energetic – a modern take on the olden days.”
