Sonia Murray of Cox News Service reviewed ’s new album ‘Concrete Rose’, and wasn’t impressed with the third album from the self-anointed “princess of hip-hop soul”. Murray writes, “This is yet another exceptionally produced album from an average talent. It contains interesting original creations such as ‘Only’ and great sample choices, such as R&B funksters Jodeci on ‘U.’ But misses by ditching one formula that’s actually worked for her – ballads.” Read more.
