For those of you that may have missed it, on Wednesday (January 7), 3/4’s of the group B2K (J-Boog, Raz-B, and Lil Fizz) appeared on 106 & Park. AJ, Free’s co-host wasn’t present so she was interviewing them by herself.
During the show, the group opened up to the fans and really let them know what the situation was with them leaving T.U.G. Managment and now being Self-Managed.
They also addressed Omarion, saying that there was still an opportunity for him to join the self-contained group if he chose to but the other 3 stated that there was not going to be another B2K album if Omarion continued to stay with his current management. If Omarion decided to join the group, then they would still be performing and recording under the name B2K but if for some reason Omarion chooses to stay with Chris Stokes, Ketrina Askew, Marques Houston, and the TUG Camp that J-Boog, Raz-B, and Lil Fizz would retire the group name of B2K and use another name.
During the show I noticed that the guys weren’t in as high spirits as they usually are. Raz-B and Lil Fizz stayed quite and still for most of the show. J-Boog explained to the crowd of people at the studio and watching in front of their T.V. that B2K left The Ultimate Group managment because of financial problems and personal problems with Mr. Stokes.
He also revealed problems with appearences and concerts that they would not even know about until dates were released. Most suprising of all to me was when he claimed that B2K didn’t get even 1% of the money that came from Scream Tour 2 and Scream Tour 3.
