Beyonce Knowles Bends To ‘Temptation’
TV Guide Online spoke with Beyonce Knowles and asked the Destiny’s Child star why she signed on to star in ‘The Fighting Temptations’ alongside Cuba Gooding Jr. “It was important for people to know who I am, and that I am very different from who I am on stage,” she insisted. “And that I could show more of my range. I could wear no makeup, wear my hair in braids and be a regular person. I try to give the message for people to accept their imperfections and to love their bodies. Basically, not to concentrate so much on it and to concentrate instead on your character and the person that you are, and the beauty shines through.”
