Toni Braxton is livid that her latest single has been plagiarized by Destiny’s Child star Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z, and she’s blaming her old pal, Def Jam president Kevin Lilles, for lifting the track. Braxton sent an advance copy of ‘Me and My Boyfriend’ to Lilles last month, but after hearing Jigga and Beyonce’s ‘Bonnie & Clyde’ single yesterday, she became furious. “It sounds exactly like Toni’s single – it even uses the same Tupac [Shakur] sample,” fumed an Arista exec. For her part, Toni went on Wendy Williams show on WBLS to complain, “I’m not hating on Beyonce or anything, but I have kids to feed and this is taking money out of their college funds.” Her album, ‘More Than a Woman’, is scheduled to drop November 19. MTV News was unable to get comment from either Murder Inc. or Jay-Z.
