Craig David Song #3 In Europe Airplay
Robbie Williams’ hit ‘Feel’ was the most played song on radio in Europe in 2003, according to a music survey. Dido was at #2 with ‘White Flag’ and Craig David at #3 with ‘Rise And Fall’, said analysts Music Control. Others in the top ten included Christina Aguilera (‘Beautiful’), Destiny’s Child star Beyonce Knowles (‘Crazy In Love’), and Pink (‘Family Portrait’). Read more.

Our last survey asking if Destiny’s Child star Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z should get married had 29.4% say yes, while 28.4% said no, and 42.2% claim they should take more time before rushing marriage.
R&B Third Most Popular Music Genre
The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports a profile of music customers for the recording industry finds rock was still the most popular genre in 2002, preferred by 24.7 percent of those surveyed. Rap/hip-hop overtook pop music as the second-most-preferred with 13.8 percent. R&B/urban came in third with 11.2 percent. Country music’s popularity also saw a surge, to 11.2 percent, while pop music posted an all-time low, with only 9 percent. Read more.
Pink Voted Most Inspirational For Girls
Pink has been named the top inspiration for teenagers in a poll by Sugar magazine. “Wow, this is the best compliment anyone could ever give me,” Pink said. “When I was young, I searched for inspiration, so I’m glad I can do the same for you.” The singer beat out Britney Spears, who was voted #2, and Ms Dynamite at #3.
