Chris Brown visited Hot 97 in New York City to promote his new album ” with Funk Flex on Tuesday (December 8). The singer rated some of the ladies in the game, though Flex never asked him to rate ex-girlfriend Rihanna for obvious reasons. Watch the clip below.
