Christina Milian and The-Dream secretly wed in Las Vegas and continued the celebration in Rome with a private ceremony for friends and family held at the Hilton Hotel on September 13th. The couple kissed as the paparazzi snapped after they were dropped off at the airport by a Rolls Royce. The couple is also rumored to be expecting.
