Ciara Talks Makeup, Fashion & Being Single With E!

Ciara spoke with Giuliana Rancic of E! on the red carpet of Sunday night’s Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. The pair discussed how great Ciara looks without much makeup, the outfit she’s wearing, living in the same LA building as Giuliana, her two dogs, and being single and “ready to take my time”.
