CBBC Newsround reports anti-smoking campaigners have asked Craig David to pull out of a show in Malaysia. They are worried that he may not know that the show is sponsored by cigarettes maker Salem. “Tobacco sponsorship is outlawed in the UK,” anti-smoking charity ASH spokeswoman Deborah Arnott remarked. “Why would Craig David want to do the industry’s dirty work in Malaysia?”
