MTV News spoke with Faith Evans following news that she’ll be exiting Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs’ Bad Boy label to release future efforts with parent company Arista. Puffy of course is looking to move his label to another parent company and Evans didn’t fit with his future plans apparently. Evans said, “I believe it’s a businessman doing good business for himself, simply put. It’s really not much more serious than that. It’s not a bad thing at all. I welcome my new plateau in my career. I don’t feel like it’s a situation of abandonment … Puff is still going to be a very big part of things I do. I plan on still working with him, of course.” Read more.
