After Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Herman Kahn threw out former business associate Greg Walker’s lawsuit seeking $1.5 million from Tina and Beyonce Knowles’ House of Dereon fashion line, Walker tells The New York Post reports he vows to appeal. “I’ll never give up, because I know I’m right,” he claimed. The judge said an oral agreement providing him 10% of the $15 million deal that created the company wasn’t valid, but Walker insists there were other motivations. “The judge was star-struck,” Walker said, adding that Beyonce and Tina are subconsciously racist. “I believe if I was white, I would have been paid.”
