Bobby Brown talked with Access Hollywood on Thursday following his arrests in Atlanta. The 33-year-old was charged with possession of marijuana, speeding, and having no driver’s license or proof of insurance, but Brown says the charges are trumped up. “I’m Bobby Brown. Why wouldn’t they? I don’t claim that people are just picking on Bobby, but, you know, I mean, look at the — look at the track record of the people that they do put in jail. They usually look like me.” He added, “Not that I should be charged with anything. I think I was speeding, and i think that’s what I should be charged with,” Brown said. He was released after posting bond only to be transferred to a neighboring county jail on outstanding dui charges in 1997. He’s free on $10,000 bail.
