Jamie Foxx Talks ‘Intuition’ With Hot 97’s Funk Flex
Jamie Foxx dropped by Hot 97 in New York City on Thursday (December 4) to talk with DJ Funkmaster Flex, where they had a discussion about R. Kelly and Flex refusing to play his music. Foxx also talked about the new record 'Intuition', which he called his best. "It's incredible," Foxx said. "[Jon] Brion really stretched me. We did the 'Unpredictable' album it was very R&B, very slow. He said if you do that same album, you're not gonna feel like you've grown. So we did an album we really grew in. Timbaland really laced this with some great tracks, and he even gave us an international hit called 'Street Walker', which is like an '80s type thing. So I'm really happy about it."
