The Chicago Tribune reports Jennifer Hudson helped positively identify the body of her young nephew Julian King today, hours after the 7-year-old was found with gunshot wounds in a SUV on Chicago’s West Side. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday at the Cook County medical examiner’s office. The family then identified Julian via a video screen mounted on a wall that showed his face rather than looking directly at the body. Office spokesman Sean Howard said the family was “obviously distraught,” but he said Hudson “remained strong for her family. It was very clear she was the leader.”
