‘Judge Mathis Show’ Tape Used In R. Kelly Child Porn Case
Jeff Coen of the Chicago Tribune reports that amongst the evidence submitted in the child porn charges against R. Kelly was a package from Warner Bros. containing a tape of the syndicated television program the “Judge Mathis Show.” Gaughan promised to provide prosecutors and defense lawyers with transcripts. Neither prosecutors nor defense attorney Edward Genson could explain the tape’s relevance after the hearing.
