Missy Elliott Splurges And Is In Command At Ciara’s Birthday Bash
The New York Post reports Missy Elliott shocked partygoers at her friend Ciara’s 22nd birthday bash at Nikki Beach Midtown on Thursday (October 25), when the rapper handed the singer an enormous diamond necklace. Missy also made sure Ciara was liquored up by ordering her shot after shot of booze. Meanwhile, The New York Daily News reports that Elliott instructed Ciara which presents she should open first, and Ciara complied. They say she got a diamond tennis bracelet and a laptop.
