Kelly’s new album ‘Chocolate Factory’, which drops Tuesday, and credits the singer for good work despite a criminal child porn distraction he faced putting it together. “If anything, his current circumstances have fired his creative juices, and he digs deeper for some of his best work in years,” Jones said. “Kelly, who wrote and produced all of the 100-plus minutes of music here, sings with emotional urgency over richly textured beats.
