Ruben Studdard To Perform For Governor’s Tax Plan
The Associated Press reports ‘American Idol’ winner Ruben Studdard will perform concerts in Birmingham and Mobile to promote Alabama Governor Bob Riley’s tax and accountability plan. “I’m so proud of this young man’s desire to do something to raise awareness about the vote and to do what he can to encourage the people of Alabama to go to the polls September 9,” Riley said Thursday.
