Songwriter’s Hall Honors Patti LaBelle

was on hand Thursday night as the National Academy of Popular Music honored her, along with Little Richard, Phil Collins, Tony Bennett, Queen, Clive Davis and Van Morrison, for her contributions to songwriting. LaBelle told The Associated Press, “I feel like a queen, and I don’t think I’m worthy.” Bravo Network is scheduled to air the ceremony on July 9th.
