R&B trio Krave are out with their first single ‘Up and Down’, featuring Akon, Nelly, and Twista. A video of Akon introducing Chanel, Jazzy, and Shan Q has been posted, where he compared the band to Destiny’s Child and TLC, which the girls were honored by. They also discussed the possibility of Krave going on tour with Akon.

Fresh off his plea deal for throwing a kid off the stage, Akon visited Hot 97 in New York City, talking with DJ Funkmaster Flex. Akon said the kid threw a bottle at him, prompting the reaction. The young man was in court as well, and Akon shook hands with the guy and both apologized. Watch the interview via YouTube below.
