Kelly Rowland checked in with fans on her YouTube channel earlier today, thanking them for their birthday wishes. The former Destiny’s Child star turned 29 today. “I love you guys so much, I appreciate you guys so much for thinking of me, and trust me, I’m working really really hard in the studio to get you a fantastic record,” Kelly says in the video. “I must say I’m so very proud of it thus far. It’s come together beautifully, and I have a special gift on their for all of you guys as well… that’s all I’ll say.” Watch the update below.

Kelly Rowland took to her Twitter on Wednesday night (September 30) after technical difficulties were experienced during her performance of ‘When Love Takes Over’ with David Guetta. The former Destiny’s Child star writes:

OK. So, I’m at the MoBo’s and getting ready to have a GREAT show with David and the MoBo’s F’d my sound up!!!!! PISSED!!!!!

HONESTLY, that just makes me work harder! But, what I will say is the MoBo’s owe me an apology!!!! I was LIVID after the show!

I wanted you guys to be the 1st to hear it from me! Rehearsals. Were fine. Soundcheck. Was fine. Performance, wad a struggle at 1st

But, I got through it!!!!!!!! So—–It happens! The next show will be Better!——–TRUST!!!!!!!!!

Kelly Rowland visited TV Guide’s ‘TV Watercooler’ to talk with John Fugelsang about her new show ‘The Fashion Show’. Kelly explained the difference between her show and the one it’s replacing on Bravo, ‘Project Runway’. Rowland also discussed the future of Destiny’s Child. “The funny thing is that everybody’s asked that question, and each year Destiny’s Child does something together,” Kelly said of a possible reunion. “What that thing is this year I don’t know what it is.” Watch the interview via YouTube below.

Rowland shares her hosting and judging duties with fashion designer/legend Isaac Mizrahi and Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion, Fern Mallis.
