Toby Smith Leaves Jamiroquai
Jamiroquai’s official site reports keyboardist and long time collaborator Toby Smith is bowing out of the band to spend more time with his family. Smith, who has a young daughter, has decided to take time out from the constant touring that has seen him away from home for much of the last few years. Frontman Jay Kay said, “It is sad to see him go but I totally understand the commitment Toby feels for his family and the strains of being away from home for long periods. I wish him all the best.”
