Tyrese is currently working on having a portrait of late singer Marvin Gaye carved into the floor of the foyer of his home. “When you first walk in my house, I’ma get Marvin Gaye’s face put in my floor,” Tyrese told Launch.com. “I got permission from his wife and his daughter, so it made me feel really good about moving forward with it. It’s done with water jets–about 2 million tons of pressure that comes through the water jets and you’re able to carve real details, things, in really thick metal and marble.”
