Usher Notches Another No. 1 Single

Usher replaces himself on top of Billboard’s Hot 100 for the second time in two months as ‘Confessions Part II’ shoots 2-1 this week. The third single from his LaFace/Zomba album ‘Confessions’ supplants second single ‘Burn’, which falls to No. 3 after a non-consecutive eight-week stint at No. 1.
